Digital Design Solutions has done the impossible! We recruited them in October to help with a complete redesign and overhaul of our website. We needed to switch from one platform to another before Thanksgiving and Digital Design Solutions took on this monumental task and made it happen! We’re so happy to be launching the site now, before the deadline. Digital Design Solutions has fundamentally exquisite professionals that handled every problem and challenge quickly, efficiently and with ease. Each person in the organization, from the top down, has treated our project as a personal mission to accomplish.
We threw a gauntlet down and Digital Design Solutions grabbed that gauntlet and ran with it. Truly, every portion of our project, from inception to launch has been seamlessly transitioned. Every stage was discussed and fine-tuned. Every person communicated with us to insure that we had every opportunity to understand the process and where we were going as well as needed to go. More importantly, every member of Merit’s staff made us feel as if we were their only client, until the job was completed.
