For months I had been receiving complaints from customers about how hard my website was to navigate and find the items that they were looking for. The checkout was difficult. There was no key word search option, too many pages, and on and on. It was time to find someone to upgrade and make my website more user friendly. She was able to keep my current web artwork, add some custom art to it and give my site a whole new ecommerce shopping system. We worked together for weeks coming up with ideas to make my website function like it should and to my liking. Merit was always there to answer questions and show me things I didn’t even know existed or could be done. A lot of times I even got an email answer to a question at three in the morning or the wee hours of the night! All of her emails and phone calls through the whole makeover process were always professional but friendly. She would explain anything technical until I was able to grasp it and work with it.
